enterprise. Mr. Habib has led his firm to create best practices
for implementing enterprise management solutions and develop products
that extend the capabilities of industry leading solutions. Mr.

Alan is familiar with a broad range of solutions including Applications
Performance Management, Business Activity Monitoring, Service Level
Monitoring and Management, ITIL, and Compliance. SMA maintains partner

Hewlett-Packard and Micromuse.
As Vice President for SMA, Jon Webster brings with
him over 20 years industry experience with ERP and enterprise management
software, data networking and systems integration, software development,
with a specialization in application and systems management. Jon
has a proven record of leading complex system implementation and
integration projects, and is experienced in deploying and maintaining
complex enterprise management solutions. After a successful career
at Pitney Bowes, Jon Webster attended the CTA program at Columbia
University, studying relational database systems design and systems
analysis. Jon has led consulting teams on client/server projects
at AT&T and Ernst & Young. Jon later founded his own consulting
firm which for eight years specialized in providing implementation
and upgrade assistance as well as administrative support for PeopleSoft
and ADP solutions. Clients included Goldman Sachs, Ann Taylor, Continental
Grain, Barclays Bank, and J. Crew. For the past six years, Jon has
acted as senior partner and Vice President of Systems Management
Associates. The unique combination of ERP production support combined
with his vast experience in the performance and application management
make him uniquely qualified to understand the value in enterprise
management tools.
As the newest member of our management team; Scott brings to SMA
12 years of both commercial and military experience. His background
is diverse and includes six years experience with enterprise management
software and professional services management and another six years
of operations experience.
The combination of systems integration, software development, operations
support, and team management skills make Scott capable of delivering
mission critical projects on time. At Quest Software, Scott led
the Foglight professional services organization and was instrumental
in bringing depth and structure to that organization. He has a proven
record of leading complex integration projects, and is experienced
in deploying and maintaining complex enterprise management solutions.
With a diverse industry background which combines working for both
private and public sector organizations including Quest Software
and the US Marine Corps, Scott joined SMA as Director of Managed
Services. While in the US Marine Corps, Scott led implementation
teams on countless high-profile projects and was responsible for
the support of a Marine Corps battalion consisting of 1200+ Marines.
In addition he Implemented and managed the network structure of
the USS Boxer and USS New Orleans while supporting 500+ users. Scott
later joined Quest software where he earned a reputation as the
leading Foglight field consultant and Siebel application expert.
His unique combination of project management, application expert,
and software development skills make him uniquely qualified to build
and support complex management systems. As with other SMA team members,
Scott has worked in operations and fully understands the broad set
of management tools needed to support the most demanding environments.
